Wild Akala Berry Vinegar 💧🍴

Akala Berries are the biggest in the world and an endemic species to Maui and Big Island. We will never forget the first time we saw them, like giant rubies hanging form the trees. Truly other worldly. 

We make a pilgrimage each season to gather just enough berries for one small batch of vinegar.
