Wild and Elusive Akala Berry

Akala Berries are the biggest in the world and an endemic species to Maui and Big Island. We will never forget the first time we stumbled onto them in the wild, like giant rubies hanging form the forest trees. Truly other worldly. 

We make a pilgrimage each season to gather just enough berries for one small batch of vinegar. These are so sacred, we only take a little and leave the rest for birds and others to discover the same astonishment that we experienced with these berries. 

This is an extremely limited product and truly a flavor you've never had.
