Lacto-Lava

This sauce contains local ghost peppers, red habaneros, and chocolate habaneros as well as a significant amount of fresh locally grown achiote seeds and all spice berries. We lacto-fermented half of the chilies used in this sauce giving it a probiotic element and even more depth of flavor via fermentation. Similarly to our Lava Hot sauce we also simmer garlic with the achiote seeds in avocado oil to layer on even more complexity in addition to the flavors the chilies inherently have. This sauce is the holy trinity of absolute heat, flavor and nutrition all in one!
