Chocolate Mango

This vinegar has a very bright, dry mango flavor with a subtle hint of fresh cacao. We fermented the vinegar with fresh cacao fruit and not the nibs so the flavor of mango is much more predominant than the cacao. This is another vinegar that really has no context, we’ve personally never had a vinegar made from mango and cacao before brewing this batch so it excites us to create novel and new flavors to be able to use in different food applications.
