Tamarind Honey

All of the tamarind we use to brew is wild foraged and thus a limited edition! These only come around once a year and are very special to us. It is so interesting that as the tamarind ferments it gets a nutty flavor. This tamarind vinegar was brewed with honey water that the Bee Boys give to us when they clean their hives and gives it a fruity loops vibe.
