We are absolutely in love with this vinegar! The rich caramelly sugarcane notes are the first thing you smell before you taste it. Then you get punched with the full on experience. Have you ever tasted completely soured sugar? Is that even possible?! Well it is when we ferment the sugarcane juice into vinegar and it is such a lovely experience.
