Tangerine 5 spice vinegar blended with fresh whole calamansi, local lime leaf, Hawaiian chilies and a splash of soy sauce. This dipping sauce was inspired by a recent trip to the Philippines where we had this flavor as is or mixed with soy sauce with an assortment of foods such as fried chicken to grilled meats. We think of this sauce as a dipping sauce concentrate that is combined with soy sauce or fish sauce. If you like your dipping sauces with a touch of sweetness try adding a fruit jam or honey.
