We select a fruit vinegar from our stock mainly looking for one that has great clarity and will complement floral notes and infuse it with Indian rose petals from Asia’s largest spice market Khari Baoli. The rose vinegar has distinct rose notes that makes for a beautiful vinegar to make shrubs and cocktails as well as being well suited for your culinary needs.
