Pumpkin Mango

Looking for the perfect autumn vinegar?! We've been letting this age for 5 months, waiting patiently for fall to arrive. This pumpkin mango vinegar straight up tastes like Thanksgiving. We will for sure be putting this on everything this season. It is incredible how the pumpkin alone brought out pumpkin spice notes in synergy with the mango even though there are no spices. Our minds must associate pumpkin flavor with pie : ) This vinegar is savory and all purpose, you can put it in your pumpkin pie, muffins, or your stuffing! There are no limits.
