Ned's Eucalyptus Honey

We don’t usually package honey.
But this one stopped us in our tracks.

Ned’s honey came into our lives the same way many good things do, through community. Shannon met Ned in the sauna at the gym, and before long we were trading vinegar for honey. One taste and we knew this was something different.

This honey is dark, rich, and deeply flavored, with a molasses-like depth that’s completely unlike the honeys we’ve known before. Ned’s bees primarily forage eucalyptus, with visits to Christmas berry blossoms, creating a distinctly Big Island honey that feels grounded, wild, and unmistakably place-based.

This is the honey we personally use at home. When Ned did a recent harvest, we bought five gallons, not because we planned to sell honey, but because it felt too good not to share.
