Absolutely one of our favorite vinegars we have ever produced. This vinegar sums up Sour Flower Vinegar bold, bursting with flavor, tropical and novel! 

Since we brew with the whole fruit, you are getting the resveratrol from the jackfruit skin! We guarantee you will not get this anywhere else!

This is the same chemical in red wine linked to longevity. 

This vinegar is our favorite in sparkling water, literally makes it taste like a Sprite!
