Durian Vinegar (king of fruit)

Ingredients: Durian 10oz

Dear Durian fanatics, this is for you. If you hunt down a durian from a mile away salivating, this vinegar hits the spot. The scent is strong, beware! 

This is a 1st -- we love 1st! Durian vinegar has never existed until now. We dared use the precious fruit to brew vinegar rather than eat. He had to pry it out of my paws for you guys to enjoy otherwise I would have gobbled them all up. Durian freak... is an understatement. 

This is one of the most prized fruits in the world. Many people travel to Malaysia just for durian season and pay top dollar for the fruit. Here in the US, they only grow in Hawaii. When we returned home from a trip to Thailand a friend blessed us with several durian. To honor them, we fermented and preserved them into an eternal elixir for you all and us to enjoy year round.
