Coffee Citrus

This vinegar was a collaboration with our friends from Hawaiian Viking Coffee where we dry hopped Kona grown whole coffee beans for several weeks in a clean tasting citrus vinegar. This vinegar is greater than the sum of its parts with the smooth and delicious coffee beans making the citrus vinegar electric with a jolt of caffeinated complex coffee notes truly making a sublime product. We’ve enjoyed this vinegar in multiple beverages as well as splashing it over roasted beet salads!
