Cinnamon Mango

A beautiful blend of candy mango notes in concert with full spectrum cinnamon flavor. This vinegar is quite balanced with the cinnamon fully integrated but not over shadowing the lovely mango base. We fry hopped large pieces of cinnamon we brought home from our last visit to Vietnam!
