Apple Tart

Happy Valentines day!! This Apple Tart vinegar is the essence of a pie without the sugars and carbs. The cinnamon brings in s a sweet mellow tone and the jambu wax apples are bright and juicy. This certainly isn't your typical apple vinegar! 

Don't let the name fool you! This vinegar can go with sweet or savory dishes. We splashed it with a little rum and honey, a total delight. We also had it mixed with our maple syrup over waffles and on the other side of the spectrum we mixed it with chipotle peppers and honey for a BBQ sauce!
