🌸 Overview
Jaboticaba are Brazilian tree grapes that grows here in Hawaii and other tropical environments around the world. Many people here like to make jams and wine from them, but us... we brew vinegar! It creates the most beautiful translucent red vinegar reminiscent of a red wine vinegar but with more tropical character.

As for everything we create - we take our queues from nature. In this instance, we had a beautiful red vinegar and also some organic dried red roses we had gotten from the market place in Bangkok. Naturally, they seemed like a good pair. And wow, it made the jaboticaba vinegar and even more deep and vibrant red!
We love jaboticaba because it is high is resveratrol which is the longevity chemical found in red wine, but we don't want to drink red wine so this is a very happy meeting place! Anti-aging at its finest.
