5 Spice Banana Liquor turned vinegar!!

We specifically made a potent batch of 5 spice banana wine to distill into liquor but our distiller is leaking steam 💨 (we tried lots of tape and even sourdough starter - open to trouble shooting suggestions if you have them!!). So naturally we turned it into vinegar!!
.
We made 24 bottles but sold half to our local community and saved the other half for you guys online!!!

This is much sweeter than our normal vinegars and recommend this in beverages or of course on fruit!
