Simple tamarind vinegar infused with Hawaiian chili and hand harvested wild salt. This combo can swing from putting it in water, to over your steak all the way to sweet treats. By letting the chili shine as the true fruit that it is, this combo will have you wanting to straight up drink the bottle. 

The chilis come from our garden, the tamarind came from the wild South Kona coast line and the salt from the lava rocks along North kona. A truly wild vinegar.
