While you can absolutely use any of Water Line vinegars for food and cooking, we recommend using our higher-end vinegars in ways that you will taste it! Water and sparkling water, even sipping straight up or keeping simple by adding a dash of salt and finishing a piece of fish with it, allows the nuanced botanical notes to truly shine.

These vinegars are exceptionally fine and intended to be used where their complexity isn't lost. They are perfect for splashing over fresh fruit, adding a bright lift to desserts (like a honey and vinegar glaze for pie), or finishing a delicate protein. However, they are too nuanced for heavy applications like stir-fries or pickles, where high heat or aggressive brines would mask their character.
