Vinegar Mai Tai

Let's make a Mai Tai but 100% local kine. You could also make this with any kind of rum and possibly use molasses instead of honey :)

Ingredients:

1 oz Sour Flower Vinegar (citrus is nice! but any of our vinegars work)

1 oz White Rum (we like Kuleana)

1 oz Dark Rum

1/2 oz local honey

Garnish:

Orchid or some other type of flower

A tangerine slice or some other fun little fruit (traditionally those Maraschino cherries but those are artificial and kind of gross)

Instructions:

1. in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake the white rum and vinegar and then pour into your serving cup with ice.

2. In the shaker, mix the honey (or molasses) with the dark rum

3. Pour over the vinegar white rum combo

4. Garnish with a flower and a piece of fruit
