Sweet Potato Protein Brownie

Things just got hot, lol, I say this because we ate spicy vinegar with this delectable little brownie but also because this brownie is sexy.
We've been increasing our protein intake to our body weight in grams and it has made the world of difference. Seems simple, but getting that much protein in a day takes a lot of intention. Thus, we now consider every snack and treat to be a source of protein. It makes eating quite easy and less dogmatic... at least for us personally.
So here we land on a protein brownie! The last time I made traditional brownies, the amount of sugar, butter and flour were unfathomable and just had me feeling like they were dangerous. But that is the old us, current us does not live in such a paradigm of even using that word as a description, only trying to make a point with it here... Essentially everything is working in our favor. We are already living in our desired results. Nothing outside of us can hurt or help us. We are already whole and complete. This is our light body mentality.
We find staying in the light body to be easy when our food aligns with our minds. So our goal is no longer a "healthy brownie" or a "healthy treat"... its about a treat that honors our electricity. When we say light body, we refer to this as the state of maximum mental clarity and ease in the body, true electric flow. The thing that keeps electricity flowing is our mind.. our minds control our frequency, our vibrations protect us. In a world full of EMFs, corrupted news, etc. holding a high vibration is the only way to truly protect us. This is why a traditional brownie can no longer "harm" us but it does not honor the light body, and we need our shield to be strong.
This mentality is even helping with screen time, polyester clothing, and all the other things out to get us. Obviously we do our best to minimize it and stay in nature, but the higher our vibration, the more protected we are.
Healthy recipe versus light code... healthy things are grass fed butter, chia seeds, oats, sourdough, etc. I can easily make a pie crust from those things. But those are all fat and carbs, while yes, the healthy kind they do not translate well to light body. Or at least OUR personal light code not longer align with that kind of treat. Instead, of using a crust, what if we just did a brownie? For the record, I totally tried making a protein powder popcorn flour pie crust and it was an epic fail. The whole time I was visualizing our old version of a healthy pie and I kept thinking "I don't even want to eat this even if I do succeed in making it". I mean think about it... a pie crust is tricky, it takes a lot of butter, if you want it to be beautiful and proper one, it wont vibrate with the light codes we are after. This is when I realized I was trying too hard.
So anyway... here is our light code for the brownie.. aka Protein Brownie Recipe.
Brownie Base
- 2 small purple sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup grass fed whey protein (60g of protein!)
- 1/4 cup collagen powder (20g of protein!)
- 1 tbs maple (but can prob skip it)
- 2 eggs (14g of protein)
- 1/4 cup crushed mac nuts (for a vibe)
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Topping
- 1/2 white sweet potato
- 1 small apple banana
- 1/4 scoop egg white vanilla protein powder (30g of protein)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp white pineapple vanilla
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (13g of protein)
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool then top with the white sweet potato cottage mixture. For an extra electric boost -- try our S*XY SPRAY on top.

This treat comes out to 137 grams of protein! The whole thing is only 1300 calories. The fitness world says if you multiply 10 times the grams of protein and it equals less than the total calories then it is a wonderful source of protein... 1370 is greater than 1300!! So it isn't like eating fish or eggs but for a dessert it does the trick. I mean, shoot, if you ate this whole thing for your meal in one day you are in a massive calorie deficit while still hitting protein goals... I might just have to try it lol. But really each serving is 34 grams which is close to 1/3 of what I need in a day. If I eat this plus a nice steak with dinner, BAM goal hit. And it was enjoyable. I go to bed feeling light, I wake up feeling light. Light codes activated.
Okay, this is ridiculous, I've over shared. If you read this, thank you. If it helped you, cheers to having bio photons and being a light activator in this universe. We see you in the 4th dimension lol.
Photo below is the vision that I found to be more work than reward. I kept the concept, but simplified.
