Matcha Jello

We love to have our tea and eat it too :)  The fluffy whipped cream gives the most delightful dual texture, and we cannot get enough. We make coffee jello, even coconut milk rum jello...anything goes when it comes to jello.
1 package of unflavored gelatin will make about 2 mugs worth. You can buy this in the baking isle of any grocery store. Or try the super high quality stuff for a gamer changer.
  1. Sprinkle one pack of unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup of cool water to let it “bloom”, this should take about 5 min
  2. Heat 4 cups of water and blend 2 tsp of ceremonial grade matcha (if you do culinary grade, you may want to add extra to get the full flavor)
  3. Mix the bloomed gelatin with 4 cups of the warm matcha
  4. Pour the gelatin mixture into mugs, let set in fridge for a few hours (**you may want to give it a stir or two in the first 30 min or so to keep the matcha from sinking to the bottom)
  5. Whip heavy cream, we like to add vinegar extracted vanilla and honey for sweetener
  6. Add whipped cream on top and sprinkle a little extra matcha to top

Let us know if you try it! We hope you enjoy :)
