Vinegar: Healing Through a Shift in Consciousness
Shannon WienerShare
It is not the vinegar that heals us, it is the mindset around using the vinegar.
It can spark a shift in consciousness.
Yes, vinegar, especially all naturally fermented fruit vinegar, has many healing properties. The acetic acid can lower blood sugar, super charge mitochondria, and essentially combat sugar intake. It helps our digestion, can burn visceral fat around our organs, and has tons of polyphenols that feed our gut biome. On top of that there are different fruits, roots, leaves, and spices, etc that we brew with. Each vinegar holds its own unique properties. We aren't just talking cider apples, it’s a world of never-ending possibilities. There is a plant for just about everything. And sometimes the answer is nothing... sometimes the body needs to be empty to heal. Afterall, fasting and praying is the cure.
So how does vinegar not heal us on its own if it has all these wonderful properties? If we are living in a mindset that something outside of us will heal us, we've taken a wrong turn. That is what we call the “supplement” mindset. Remember, fasting and prayer. It is our spirits that want to operate our body, but many of us spend most of our time in our collective mind watching inputs from social media, the news, Hollywood, etc. To bring the spirit back into control, we must get quiet, we must recognize those other things are not us. Many of our thoughts are not our own. We think the same ones over again, day after day, week after week, without making space for new novel ideas.
CREATIVITY is human nature. We seek novelty to survive. We can remember this through all the noise, it is our instinct. If we hear a stick fall in the woods, we quickly glance to make sure this new sound is not a snake. We MUST think new thoughts... create or die. How does this have anything to do with vinegar? Uhhh just about everything. It's the realization that there is a world beyond Apple Cider Vinegar, that any fruit can be fermented, any leaf can be infused, any sauce can be created, that vinegar can be the conduit for all sorts of creative endeavors. A shift in mindset towards a household staple.
When we realize there is more than what we thought, new pathways are being created in our brains. It allows more energy to flow. It is a creative spark. Breaking old paradigms allows space for you to make YOUR own. Do we even trust any of the things we were taught to believe as we see all of the shadows around the world exposing themselves? If that is not proof enough to start thinking your own thoughts, we don't know what is.
Words have power. We use the words "need", "have to", "it's hard" because it was programmed into us. Choosing to say "get to", "want to", "it's easy" takes a profound shift. What if switching from ACV to Sour Flower or even trying to brew your own batch is like changing out the language. It is signaling to our subconscious that we are paying attention, we are ready for change. The subconscious is where this powerful shift in consciousness starts to occur. That is the original program we are working to rewrite with the ideas and thoughts that WE CHOOSE. It really is as simple as paying attention to our frequency. When the old pain body arises, watch it, treat it with maturity. It wants us to react to it. With our newfound attention we are able to notice it and surrender to what it is, and move on without having ever lowered the vibe.
This is something Shannon and I have been practicing and are seeing quantum leaps in our own timeline, keeping the frequency high. We keep saying the words "whole and complete" over and over and over again. To the point where we are now including this phrase on our bottles. Whole fruit vinegar... but also just whole and complete. Nothing outside of us is lacking. We are whole and complete. Whole and complete. Whole and complete. Alongside being whole and complete, we are empowering our spirit to be in control of our actions rather than our thinking brain (ya know.. the one that got programmed by a sick society..) and suddenly making good decisions in the kitchen is easy. We are craving less sweets and breads, etc. It is so interesting how in tune your body and spirit really are. We made the decision to increase our protein intake to our body weight in grams BUT with no dogma. Instead of "carnivore diet" or "keto" we just eat what we want and just do our best to hit that protein goal, and it seems everything is falling into place. We stopped buying whole fat yogurt and cartons of heavy whipping cream, swapped out our full fat cottage cheese for 0%. We are already intaking so much fat, there is no need for that extra. You see, we got tricked by the Keto movement, where we were told that it was horrible to eat low fat yogurt. That is so silly. Dogma, diets, rigidity is not the winning ticket. Now that we are simply focusing on a protein goal, nothing stops us on how we choose to get there that day. We've both leaned our bodies in a matter of two weeks. Have we finally figured out a formula that works for us!??! It wasn't the vinegar that brought this shift in health, we were using the vinegar the whole time, it was our MINDSET!!! Live from the outcome, the wish fulfilled.
Now that our bodies are feeling good, we notice the healthy habits have a bigger impact. When we wake up, we already feel good. It is no longer a “wake up and reverse the damage” kind of mentality. We wake up and know that anything positive we do today will have huge impacts. That glass of vinegar water in the morning feels like it is instantly charging our mitochondria. We are growing more patient. I told him that with this shift I am feeling "more mature about my immaturity". He said that is one of the most profound things I have said in a while. It was my own thought; it was a FEELING that I am experiencing. IT is not just some self-help phrase I read. I pondered on what has been shifting in us for several weeks. Noticing how we are creating more space around our pain bodies. It is our spirit bodies who are in love, our pain bodies just attack. When we notice one of us is in our pain body, the other's duty is not to react. Do not fuel a fire that does not serve us. This FEELs like true healing. This feels like we are the creative force. We are human. We are alive in these bodies. This shift in mindset is healing some of our deepest childhood wounds.
It's just vinegar. It is a prompt to become conscious, to raise the frequency, to make a shift, to think novel, and to CREATE.
This is written from spirit to spirit. May your spirit hear this message. Thank you for reading and being here. We appreciate you!

P.S. if all of this is real, then each vinegar reverberates the frequency of this message
