Oregano Parsley Mango

We were given bundles of herbs, so many that we couldn't eat them ourselves, so you know where they went! Straight into the fermentation vat with the mangoes. This is not an infusion but rather brewed with herbs. 

It has a subtle herbaceous note on the back end and strong fruity mango on the front! This is medicinal, all purpose, delicious vinegar!
